Practice-performance categories

These labels guide learners. They are not official certification passing standards. Changes apply to exams submitted afterwards; existing results keep the thresholds they were scored with.

Public pages

Regenerate every public page and the sitemap from the database. Pages that are no longer public are deleted. This also runs every 15 minutes from the maintenance task.
