Privacy notice

This notice describes how the software behaves. The site operator must complete it with their legal identity, contact details and lawful bases before going live.

Accounts

We store your email address, display name, optional profile details, and a one-way hash of your password. We never store your password itself. Sessions use a secure, HttpOnly cookie that is needed to keep you signed in.

Practice exams

For signed-in users we store exam attempts, answers and scores so that you can resume and review them. Guest attempts are tied to a temporary session only. They expire after a period of inactivity and are deleted automatically.

Job applications

When you apply for a job, we share your name, email, cover message and optional resume only with the publisher who owns that job and with site administrators. None of this appears in public listings or search. Applications and resumes are deleted automatically 180 days after submission. The employer can also delete them sooner. Resumes are stored outside the public website and can be downloaded only by authorised users.

Comments

Comments you submit are reviewed by moderators. Once approved, they are shown publicly with your display name.

Security logs

We keep audit and abuse-prevention records. IP addresses in these records are stored only as keyed hashes.
